This Time Is The Last Time

Not really, this definitely isn’t the last time. For anything. But I love that line from “Sorry”, another one of the songs from A Little Bit Longer. If the Jonas Brothers wanted a more mature sound for this album, they sure did a good job. Without parting too much from their traditional–can we say traditional yet? This is the third album from the Jonas Brothers, so I’m going with yes–upbeat pop rock sound, the Jonas Brothers pull off a more mature, young adult song that doesn’t distance them from their tween audience. They’re getting old, you know–Joe Jonas turned 19 recently.

Once again, the Jonas Brothers start off slow, unleashing the vocals during the chorus.

Now, “Sorry” probably wont make its way to the most played list on very many iTunes libraries, but for anyone who loves to shuffle songs, this one should definitely be considered for your Shuffle Playlist (I have one… do other people? Maybe I’ll do a post about Shuffle Playlists with suggestions next week). Not mind numbingly slow, but certainly not a CASCADA track either. The speed is appropriate for the lyrics, and the Brothers pull off another song with elegance.

Not everyone will love this track. Try the preview on iTunes before you buy. Sometimes the preview completely misrepresents a song, but I feel like this preview does the song justice and gives a good sense of what you get for your $0.99.
